The project

1st D'Zine Office Solutions were commissioned to work to a layout plan, providing partition systems, flooring and furniture.

The works

We installed two types of partitioning systems: an 'Avanti' full height glazed system with full height doors with manifestation, and a 50mm stud system using 6mm plasterboard to achieve a curved wall. This was then finished in tape and joint plaster and decorated in matt emulsion. The surrounding walls were decorated in matt emulsion and existing radiators were spray-painted to give a sheen finish.

Following the partitioning and decoration we installed flooring in line with the company's corporate colour scheme, including a 'ticker tape' effect walkway. We supplied and installed 60 cantilever crescent desk workstations, each with a 3-drawer desk-high pedestal and fabric dividing screens. To accompany each workstation the client selected an operator's chair with height-adjustable arms, finished in a fabric to match their corporate image.

We fitted under-desk CPU holders and the storage solution was to provide desk-high timber storage units with a mix of internal fixings for filing. In addition we supplied meeting tables and visitors' chairs.

The full project was completed within schedule and on budget.
